Fremont Eye Centre at Rocky Point is a medical-focused optometry clinic providing comprehensive eye care along with specialized treatment for dry eye disease and age-related macular degeneration.

We combine advanced diagnostic technology with a personalized approach to vision and ocular health.

Comprehensive Eye Care

Our clinic provides full-scope optometric services including:

  • Comprehensive eye examinations

  • Vision prescription updates

  • Contact lens fittings

  • Retinal imaging and macular monitoring

  • Management of ocular conditions such as dry eye disease and macular degeneration

Routine eye care remains the foundation of maintaining long-term vision and eye health.

Dry Eye Treatment Centre

Dry eye disease is one of the most common causes of eye discomfort and fluctuating vision.

Symptoms may include:

  • Burning or irritation

  • Gritty or sandy sensation

  • Redness

  • Blurred or fluctuating vision

  • Light sensitivity

Our clinic offers advanced therapies designed to support the health of the eyelids and tear film.

InMode RF and IPL Therapy

We provide radiofrequency (RF) and intense pulsed light (IPL) treatment to help support patients with meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) and chronic dry eye.

These therapies are non-invasive and aim to:

  • improve eyelid gland function

  • reduce eyelid inflammation

  • stabilize the tear film

Treatment plans are individualized based on clinical findings and patient symptoms.

Macular Degeneration Care

Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is a condition that affects the central part of the retina responsible for detailed vision.

Our clinic provides:

  • OCT retinal imaging

  • coordination with ophthalmologists when needed

  • patient education and risk assessment

Adjunctive MacuMira® Microcurrent Therapy

Selected patients with dry age-related macular degeneration may be candidates for MacuMira® microcurrent therapy.

MacuMira therapy uses low-level electrical stimulation delivered around the eye.

Important information for patients:

  • This therapy is non-invasive

  • It is considered an adjunctive option

  • It is not a cure for macular degeneration

  • Results may vary between individuals

Patients continue routine monitoring with their primary eye care provider or retinal specialist.

Coordinated Care with Your Eye Doctor

Many patients are referred to our clinic by optometrists or ophthalmologists.

Our services are designed to support ongoing eye care, and patients are typically returned to their referring doctor for continued monitoring and management.
